GIFTING A RING AS A SURPRISE

If the ring is intended as a surprise gift and the exact size is unknown, it is possible to choose an available size in order to meet delivery timelines.

An exchange or adjustment may then be considered after reception, depending on the model.

ADJUSTMENT AFTER DELIVERY

Depending on the structure of the piece and the metal used, a first size adjustment may be offered after delivery.

Main conditions:

• Return within 30 days of delivery
  
• The ring must be returned in its original condition
  
• Average adjustment time: 3 to 4 weeks
  
• Adjustments are limited to –3 to +3 sizes in order to preserve the integrity of the piece

Subsequent adjustments, if technically possible, may be charged.
