French sizes correspond to the inner circumference of the ring, expressed in millimeters.

An ideal size allows the ring to pass over the joint with light to moderate resistance.

For a ring given as a surprise, it is possible to choose an available size in order to meet the deadlines.
An exchange or adjustment may then be considered after receipt, depending on the model.

ADJUSTMENT AFTER RECEIPT

Depending on the structure of the jewelry and the metal used, an initial resizing may be offered after receipt.

Main conditions:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt
• Ring returned to its original condition
• Average resizing time: 3 to 4 weeks
• Adjustments limited to -3 to +3 sizes, in order to preserve the integrity of the design

An initial resizing is offered free of charge as part of this service.

Subsequent ones, if technically possible, may be billed.

Manufacturing lead times

Based on our stock levels indicated below, two scenarios apply:

Creations in stock: delivery takes place within one week after order confirmation.
Made-to-order creations : each piece is handcrafted in our workshops in Lyon, France, with a lead time of 8 to 10 weeks before shipping. During certain periods, this lead time may extend up to 14 weeks.
Custom sizing: Unique pieces in stock that can be adjusted are resized in our workshops. Estimated time: 10 to 15 days before shipping.

If you would like your order to be given priority, we can, where possible, reduce the production time to 5 to 6 weeks* by selecting the “express order” option.

Each creation is carefully shipped in its case, via tracked, secure delivery and handed over against a security code .

The manufacturing lead times are indicated above.

Once the creation is finalized, the shipment is made as soon as possible.

• Customs formalities and import duties are fully taken care of.

No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Depending on the destination, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be applied by local authorities.

Any such costs remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If the size is not suitable, a return or adjustment may be considered after receipt, depending on the model.
