Refund policy

For in-stock creations purchased online:

Returns or refunds: Refunds are possible, but we encourage exchanges or store credit for a smoother client experience. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition.
Non-compliance: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be replaced or refunded.

For personalized, made-to-order, or custom-made creations purchased online or in-store:

In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, these pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
A resizing, an exchange, or a gift card of equivalent value may be considered depending on the piece and its materials. Please contact us for more information.

In-store purchases:

Refunds are not possible.

Gifts purchased online or in-store:

We recommend choosing an in-stock size that can be gifted on the day. If adjustments are needed afterward, we offer returns, exchanges, resizing, or store credit depending on your needs.

Return shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a secure, tracked, and insured shipping method. THE BLACK ALCHEMY cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return processing:

If the returned items meet the above criteria, your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, minus any shipping costs.
If the item is out of stock for an exchange, or if the return does not meet our standards, we will notify you by email.
For returns made after the 14-day window, a gift card equivalent to your purchase amount will be issued.

RESIZING TERMS

If your ring size is incorrect, resizing is possible under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: The ring must be returned in its original condition.
Duration: Resizing takes 3 to 4 weeks.

We offer one free resizing within this timeframe. Additional resizings (if technically feasible) will incur a fee. To preserve the integrity of the piece, adjustments are limited to a range of -3 to +3 sizes.
