Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Except for creations available in stock, our pieces are made to order within 8 to 10 weeks. During the holiday season, this timeframe may extend up to 14 weeks.

Important: All bespoke orders placed during the last two weeks of July, as well as throughout the entire month of August, will enter production upon our team’s return to the workshop in early September. Orders will be processed in the order they are received and delivered within the timeframes mentioned above.

These lead times are provided as an estimate and may be extended if necessary.

To receive an estimated shipping date or for urgent requests, please feel free to contact us — we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  

SECURE DELIVERY

We ship our creations within France, throughout the European Union, and internationally.

All packages are insured, tracked, and delivered with signature required, in complete confidentiality

(no visible mention of the brand or product).

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE EU)

For orders shipped outside mainland France:

United States: shipping is free, and all customs formalities as well as import duties are handled by THE BLACK ALCHEMY (DDP delivery).

Other countries: you are considered the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties, local taxes, or other fees may apply. These amounts are not the responsibility of THE BLACK ALCHEMY and remain at your expense.
