ORDERING GUIDE
1. HOW TO CHOOSE MY STONE?
Each stone presented at the top of this page is identified by a letter (A, B, C...). Simply choose the one that visually appeals to you the most, then select the corresponding letter from the drop-down menu below.
The Alchemia rings shown in the left column (desktop) or above (mobile) are pieces already made and delivered to our clients. They allow you to visualize the final rendering of the Alchemia setting with different stones.
2. WHAT DO THE INDICATED INFORMATION MEAN?
Each stone is paired with a pair of natural white round diamonds of G VS1 quality. The indicated figures "Ø20/10" etc... correspond to the diameter of the diamonds suitable for each center stone, while the total carat weight is indicated in parentheses.
3. HOW TO CHOOSE THE METAL COLOR?
Simply select your desired gold color: yellow, rose, gray, or white.
All our creations are made of 18-carat gold. Yellow, rose, and gray gold naturally retain their color over time and do not require any treatment.
White gold, on the other hand, receives a thin layer of rhodium, a precious metal from the platinum family, which gives it its luminous white shine. Over time and with natural wear, this rhodium plating fades, gradually revealing the warmer shade of gray gold. This is a completely normal phenomenon. If you wish to restore its original shine, rhodium plating can be renewed at any time in our workshop.
4. WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MY SIZE?
Choose the size that seems closest to you. If it's not a perfect fit, we can resize it after you receive it.
5. WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURING TIME?
Each creation is entirely handcrafted in our workshop in Lyon. Allow 10 to 12 weeks between the validation of your order and its shipment.
6. ARE ALL STONES AVAILABLE?
Each stone is entirely unique. If the one you chose happens to be sold, it will become permanently unavailable. You would then have to wait until our next drop to discover a new selection of stones.
7. DELIVERY AND EXAMPLES
Your creation will be shipped by secured transport, with delivery against a security code.
The creations presented in the left column are pieces already made and delivered to our clients. They allow you to visualize the final rendering of the Alchemia setting with different stones.

Regarding rings French sizes correspond to the inner circumference of the ring in millimeters.
An ideal size is one that allows the ring to pass the knuckle with light to moderate resistance.
If you are between two sizes, choose the more fitted one.
To determine a size precisely, there are two solutions:
1. Go to a jewelry store to have your size determined by a professional
2. Order a ring sizer to determine your measurements at home. Order our ring sizer by clicking here
We do not recommend any other tricks, such as wrapping a string around your finger, which is not precise.

Each piece is manufactured in our workshops in Lyon, France, with a lead time of 10 to 12 weeks before shipment. During certain periods, this lead time may extend to 14-16 weeks.

If you would like your order to be given priority, we can, where possible, reduce the production time to 6 to 8 weeks* by selecting the “express order” option.
*Subject to necessary delays, if needed, in the supply of precious stones.

100% The gold and silver we use is sourced responsibly , either recycled or from certified mines . We also offer the purchase of 18k gold for the creation of new pieces. ( learn more ).
Our workshops are exclusively French and certified by various labels respecting an ethical and environmental approach.
All of our gemstones are of natural origin and come from legitimate sources not involved in the financing of armed conflicts, in compliance with United Nations resolutions and respect the Kimberley Process for diamonds .
