Cancellation policy

Some services offered in our store are available as subscriptions, including the Care Program, an annual maintenance service for jewelry made by The Black Alchemy.

By subscribing, the customer commits to a firm minimum term of twelve (12) months. Payment is made monthly as a convenience, but the commitment covers the entire contractual period.

Commitment and billing

The subscription is billed at €19 including tax per month
The minimum commitment period is 12 months
Payment is automatic and recurring
The subscription cannot be canceled before the end of the initial 12-month period

Any attempt to cancel early will result in the immediate suspension of the service, with no refund of amounts already paid. The remaining monthly payments will still be due.

Use of the service

Each 12-month subscription period entitles the customer to one maintenance service only, as defined in the Care Program conditions.

Services not used during the relevant period:

are lost
cannot under any circumstances be carried over, accumulated, or converted into store credit or a refund

Renewal

At the end of the initial 12-month period, the subscription:

is renewed automatically,
or canceled by the customer before the renewal date.

Any cancellation made after the renewal date commits the customer to the new period.

Cancellation after the commitment period

Once the minimum 12-month period has elapsed, the customer may request cancellation of the subscription from their customer account or by contacting our customer service team.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No partial or retroactive refund will be granted.

No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, services fully performed or begun before the end of the withdrawal period, with the customer’s express consent, do not give rise to a right of withdrawal.
