SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY TIMES

Except for creations in stock, our pieces are made to order within 8 to 10 weeks. During holiday periods, this timeframe may extend up to 14 weeks.

Wedding bands: production follows a dedicated schedule — please allow a minimum of 6 months, with delivery approximately 1 month before the wedding date.

Important: All bespoke orders placed during the last two weeks of July, as well as throughout the entire month of August, will go into production when our team returns to the workshop in early September. They will be processed in order of arrival and delivered within the timeframes indicated above.

These timeframes are provided as an indication and may be extended if necessary.

To estimate a shipping date or for an urgent order, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

SECURE SHIPPING

We ship our creations in France, throughout the European Union, and worldwide. All parcels are insured, tracked, and delivered against signature, in complete confidentiality, with no visible mention of the brand or product.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

If there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE EU)

For orders shipped to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties, local taxes, or other fees may be payable. These amounts are not the responsibility of THE BLACK ALCHEMY and are at your expense.

We recommend contacting your local authorities for more information.

RESIZING CONDITIONS

If your ring size is not correct, resizing is possible under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: The ring must be returned in its original condition.

• Duration: Resizing takes 3 to 4 weeks.

We offer one free resizing within the stated timeframe. Additional resizing, if technically possible, will be billed. To preserve the creation as much as possible, adjustments are limited to -3 to +3 sizes.

Technical possibilities:

• 18-carat gold creations: Yes.

• Silver creations without set stones: Yes.

• Silver creations with stones, diamonds only: Yes.

• Vermeil creations: No.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For in-stock creations purchased online:

• Return or refund: Refunds are possible, but we prioritize exchanges or store credit for the best customer experience. Possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Conditions: Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

• If the items do not comply with these conditions, they cannot be replaced or refunded.

For personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke creations:

• In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, these pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

• Resizing, an exchange, or a gift card of equivalent value may nevertheless be considered depending on the creation and its materials. Contact us for more information.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend returning items using a secure, tracked, and insured postal service. THE BLACK ALCHEMY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return processing:

• If the items meet the stated criteria, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, after deduction of postage costs.

• If an exchange item is out of stock, or if the return does not meet our standards, we will notify you by email.

For returns made outside the 14-day period, a gift card equivalent to the amount of your purchase will be issued.
