DELIVERY TIMES

Except for items in stock, our creations are made to order with a production time of 6 to 8 weeks. During holiday periods, this time can extend up to 10 weeks.

To estimate a shipping date or for urgent orders, feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

SECURE DELIVERY

We deliver our creations in France, all EU countries, and worldwide. All our parcels are insured, tracked, and delivered with a signature, in complete confidentiality (no visible brand or product mentions).

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE EU)

For orders shipped to a country outside mainland France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties, local taxes, or other fees may be required. These amounts are not the responsibility of THE BLACK ALCHEMY and are at your expense.

We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.

RESIZING POLICY

If your ring size is incorrect, resizing is possible under the following conditions:

- Timeframe: Return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The ring must be returned in its original condition.
- Duration: Resizing takes 3 to 4 weeks.

We offer one free resizing within the specified timeframe. Subsequent resizes, if technically possible, will incur a fee. To preserve the creation, adjustments are limited to -3 to +3 sizes.

Technical Possibilities:
- 18 Carat Gold Creations: Yes.
- Silver Creations (without set stones): Yes.
- Silver Creations with Stones (Diamonds only): Yes.
- Vermeil Creations: No.

RETURN POLICY

For in-stock creations purchased online:

- Return or Refund: Refunds are possible, but we prioritize exchanges or issuing store credits for an optimal customer experience. Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions: Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
- If the items are not in compliance, they cannot be replaced or refunded.

For customized, made-to-order, or bespoke creations:

- In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, these items are neither accepted for return nor refunded.
- However, resizing, exchanges, or gift cards of equivalent value may be offered depending on the creation and materials. Contact us for more information.

Purchases in-store:

- Refunds are not possible.

Purchases as gifts, made online or in-store:

- We recommend choosing an in-stock size that can be gifted on the day. If resizing is needed, we offer returns, exchanges, resizing, or store credit as required.

Return Shipping Fees:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a secure postal service with tracking and insurance. THE BLACK ALCHEMY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Processing:
If the items meet the stated criteria, refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, after deducting shipping fees.

In case of stock shortage for an exchange or if the return does not meet our standards, we will notify you by email.

For returns made outside the 14-day period, a gift card equivalent to the amount of your purchase will be issued.
