Delivery Delay

Apart from creations in stock, our pieces are made to order within 6 to 8 weeks. During holiday periods, production time may increase up to 10 weeks. If you would like to estimate a shipping date or this is a rush order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Secure Delivery

We deliver our creations in France, all countries of the European Union, and globally. All our packages are insured, tracked, and must be delivered against signature in complete confidentiality (no apparent mention of the brand and product). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us.

International Delivery (Except EU)

For orders to countries outside mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These fees are not within the jurisdiction of THE BLACK ALCHEMY and will be your responsibility, including any declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

Resizing Conditions

If you made a mistake with the size of your ring, it is possible to resize it under certain conditions:

- Return within 15 days after receipt of your package.

- The ring must be returned in its original condition.

- Resizing takes 3 to 4 weeks.

- We only offer one size adjustment; additional adjustments, if technically possible, will incur a fee.

- To preserve the creation as much as possible, resizing from -3 to +3 sizes is possible. Be sure to choose a size that is as close as possible. Contact us or consult our size guide for assistance.

Technical Possibilities:

- Creations in 18-carat Gold: Possible

- Silver creations without set stones: Possible

- Silver creations set with stones: Only if diamond set

- Vermilion: Impossible

For all in-stock items, we can provide a replacement or refund if the items are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and are unworn. They must be returned in their original condition. Otherwise, they will not be replaced or refunded.

All other orders, including personalized, made-to-order, and tailor-made items, are neither returnable nor refundable, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code. A resize (see conditions above), an exchange, or a gift card for the value of the amount is possible depending on the creation and its materials (contact us).

All items on sale or from the ARCHIVES collection cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Return costs (shipping) are the customer's responsibility for all items ordered. Please ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. We strongly encourage our customers to make returns with a registered, tracked, and insured postal service. The Black Alchemy will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during returns.

If an item or order is returned to The Black Alchemy outside of the 14-day returns period, we will issue a gift card for use on our eShop with an amount corresponding to your purchase. We will inspect the items upon receipt and issue a refund within 1-3 working days if deadlines have been met and postage costs deducted. If the returned items meet the criteria stated above, we will process and ship the new item(s) as quickly as possible with the same shipping times as previously stated. If there is an issue with your exchange, such as a stock shortage of the desired size, model, or color, or if the return does not meet our standards, we will inform you immediately by email.
