Can I have multiple jewelry care during the year?
The Care Program includes one care within 12 months. It is designed as an annual maintenance appointment.
I paid monthly, why can't the maintenance be used multiple times?
Monthly payments allow you to spread the cost of annual maintenance . Services cannot be combined or split.
My jewelry is very damaged, is it covered under warranty?
The program covers normal maintenance (cleaning, inspection, minor repairs).
Major repairs or repairs resulting from an impact will be subject to a separate quote .
Is the replacement of components such as clasps or buckle posts included?
No. These items are not part of the Care Program, but can be replaced upon request .
Is the loss or breakage of a stone covered?
No. The Care Program is a preventative maintenance service , not insurance.
Can I use one subscription for multiple pieces of jewelry?
No. A subscription corresponds to a single piece of jewelry.
Why isn't this service included for free?
A professional interview requires time, specialized tools and artisanal know-how .
The Care Program makes it possible to ensure this follow-up within a clear, sustainable and controlled framework.
Can I offer a Care Program subscription?
The subscription is nominative and linked to a specific piece of jewelry . It is therefore non-transferable.
What happens if I don't use my maintenance voucher within 12 months?
The Care Program operates on an annual basis .
If the maintenance is not used during the 12 months in question, it cannot be postponed, accumulated or made up .
