BESPOKE DESIGN STUDY

Each bespoke creation undergoes a thorough process of study and design, combining sketching, gemstone research, technical adjustments, and personalized exchanges.

To engage in this creative process with the full attention it deserves, a fixed study fee is required to initiate the project.

This fee, fully deductible from the final price of the jewelry, allows us to begin compensating the time spent on creation and research for your piece, while ensuring individualized follow-up throughout your project.

During this phase, our workshop develops up to three proposals or quotes, including, if necessary, gemstone sourcing, technical study, feasibility of the setting, proportions, as well as any aesthetic and structural adjustments required for the design of the jewelry.

These steps allow us to translate your ideas into a unique creation, faithful to your vision and to the spirit of The Black Alchemy.

If the project is not carried out after this study phase, the fee remains due and is non-refundable.

In accordance with French law n°73-1193 of December 27, 1973, relating to artistic property and authors’ rights, all studies, sketches, drawings, or research remain the artistic and intellectual property of The Black Alchemy and may not be used or reproduced without prior written authorization.
