A word about our misadventure:
We were recently confronted with a burglary that affected our studio. Although some of our jewelry was temporarily stolen, we were fortunate enough to recover it quickly, as the perpetrators were arrested and tried.
We are currently dealing with a significant volume of administrative procedures involving lawyers, experts, and insurers.
Due to the extensive damage our studio sustained, it is now closed until it is restored. Our second boutique and workshop remain open, however.
We would like to express our deepest thanks for your messages of support on Instagram and your understanding during this challenging time. Your loyalty has been a precious source of comfort to us.
Having made significant adjustments to our operations so that we can continue to welcome you and offer quality service, we are now receiving you exclusively by appointment in our second boutique located at the same address (on the workshop side), while the work is being done to reopen the studio.
We have also strengthened our team and optimized our processes to better meet your needs.
To guarantee the timely receipt of your creations, we advise you to place your orders well in advance. Production times can vary between 6 to 8 weeks and up to 10 weeks during the holiday season due to high demand.
By anticipating your future Christmas gifts or other creations, you will be able to benefit from a smoother experience and ensure that you receive them on time.
We are actively working on the reopening of our boutique; although we do not yet have a specific date, we will keep you informed as soon as we have more details.
Despite the challenges we have encountered, we are optimistic and looking forward to reopening our first boutique, which opened over 12 years ago.
